    Technical Account Manager


    The Technical Account Manager will act as the client liaison for expert assistance on systems and associated photography workflow. This person will oversee the services provided to an off-site client’s in-house photography studio location at the client’s facility located in San Bruno, CA


    • Responsible for managing the day-to-day studio workflow in respect to ensuring the efficient use of the studio systems.
    • Work directly with the client production teams to provide expert assistance in areas of production requiring technical expertise. This includes shot list generation, merchandise coordination, capture on set, post production, and file delivery.
    • Act as the liaison between the client end users and the support departments (IT Department, Systems Development Department, Production Director, and Post Director)
    • Participate in the daily tasks of photo production, such as importing shot lists and exporting reports.
    • Proactively develop process improvement solutions and make recommendations to the Systems Development Department with the goal of increasing accuracy and reducing operational expenses.
    • Act as QA lead for any systems update testing.
    • Provide basic troubleshooting for capture stations and servers.
    • Generate and maintain complete and accurate user documentation of the workflow and processes to keep a wiki updated.


    • 2 years’ college degree at an accredited university
    • Minimum of 2 years’ digital photography studio assistance
    • Experience working as a Digital Tech a plus
    • Knowledge of MS Office, Excel & Filemaker Pro
    • MAC proficient
    • IT experience a plus
    • Reliable with the ability to adapt to changing conditions
    • Ability to work under pressure in deadline-driven environment
    • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
    • Ability to prioritize/multi-task and follow projects through to completion
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Team player
    • Excellent people skills
