Director of Operations
The Director of Operations will manage overall studio functions and facilitate workflow on all agency clients and programs including development of processes in the on-boarding of new clients and as well as managing internal traffic systems, scheduling and training of new hires or freelance resources. The ideal candidate will have proven success in workflow systems, managing creative and production teams & processes. This candidate will support client services in new business initiatives as needed and will partner and build strong relationships with internal creative, production and account management team members.
The Director of Operations is regarded as a key role in which they will collaborate with other managers and have involvement all client program or project milestones, review project timelines and track schedules to ensure all deliverable deadlines are met on time, on brand, and on budget.
