Director of Operations


The Director of Operations will manage overall studio functions and facilitate workflow on all agency clients and programs including development of processes in the on-boarding of new clients and as well as managing internal traffic systems, scheduling and training of new hires or freelance resources. The ideal candidate will have proven success in workflow systems, managing creative and production teams & processes. This candidate will support client services in new business initiatives as needed and will partner and build strong relationships with internal creative, production and account management team members. 


The Director of Operations is regarded as a key role in which they will collaborate with other managers and have involvement all client program or project milestones, review project timelines and track schedules to ensure all deliverable deadlines are met on time, on brand, and on budget. 


  • Responsible for all production materials released from agency.
  • Supervise the traffic and production teams.
  • Responsible for ensuring timeliness and quality control of all client deliverables.
  • Determine job requirements, communicate priorities, adjusts production plans, and communicates with internal customers on day-to-day production.
  • Oversees Traffic and Schedules to meet client deadlines and keep team on target.
  • Works with managers to ensure necessary resources are assigned in order to meet client deliverables.
  • Partner with account management team, review all schedules and adjust as needed. Defines staffing levels and resources required and communicates needs or exceptions for all agency design work. 
  • Arranges intra-and inter-departmental help to maximize the utilization of department or freelance resources. 
  • Analyzes customer materials, documents, and files and resolves problems and/or questions prior to production.
  • Develops work assignments in conformance with established priorities.
  • Monitors the production of all jobs, ensuring priorities are consistent with commitments and production decisions are cost effective actions to achieve results.
  • Assists management in the identification of equipment, systems, process and personnel barriers to achieve goals and targeted results.
  • Responsible for the daily management of job input for all agency design work.
  • Develops and maintains accurate records of all customer materials and files.
  • Other duties as assigned.     
  • Engages others within the Creative and Production teams to cohesively complete assignments, focusing on a shared purpose that puts OneKreate’s overall success first.


  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in creative services management.
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
  • Design background is necessary.
  • Video & Photography background is a plus.
  • Agency background is a plus.
  • Experience managing creative team with multiple client programs or projects at once is required.
  • Experience working directly with a Design team and a Production team is required.
  • Must be familiar with Office suite, Excel, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and keynote.
  • Experience with project management systems a plus (i.e. Workfront).
