Traffic Coordinator


The Traffic Coordinator will facilitate workflow on all agency design projects. Duties include facilitating internal traffic systems, creating schedules and tracking project progress, routing work for review and approval, archiving files and assets and opening and closing projects.  This position will partners and build strong relationships with internal creative and account management team members.  This position is regarded by the agency as a key in working with other agency managers to manage all client project milestones, create project timelines and track schedules to ensure all deliverable deadlines are met on time and on brand. 


  • Responsible for job intake and document edits and ensuring quality, timeliness and overall client satisfaction.
  • Determine job requirements, communicate priorities, adjusts production plans, and communicates with internal customers on day-to-day production.
  • Create Schedules to meet client deadlines and keep team on target with schedules.
  • Review all schedules and adjust schedules as needed. Defines staffing levels and resources required and communicates needs or exceptions for all agency design work. 
  • Arranges intra-and inter-departmental help to maximize the utilization of department resources. 
  • Analyzes customer materials, documents, and files and resolves problems and or questions prior to production.
  • Develops work assignments in conformance with established priorities.
  • Monitors the production of all jobs, ensuring priorities are consistent with commitments and production decisions are cost effective actions to achieve results.
  • Assists management in the identification of equipment, process and personnel barriers to achieve goals and targeted results.
  • Responsible for the daily management of job input for all agency design work.
  • Develops and maintains accurate records of all customer materials and files.
  • Coordinates and arranges all departmental shipments, including special courier to (or from) customers and print locations. Maintains accurate copy receipt and transmittal records on all work in progress.
  • Responds directly to customer queries and manufacturing areas as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.     
  • Engages other within the Design and Production teams to cohesively complete assignments, focusing on a shared purpose that puts One Kreate’s overall success first.
  • Ensure that the traffic coordinator team works to cultivate a climate of motivation and positive energy within production teams.   


  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Traffic Manager.
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment.
  • Photography or Video background is a plus.
  • Agency background is a plus.
  • Experience working on multiple projects at once is required.
  • Experience working directly with a Design team and a Production team is required.
  • Must be familiar with Office suite, Excel, Adobe Creative Suite.
