Image Coordinator 

The Image Coordinator must be able to manage multiple ongoing digital image projects and duties at once. It is his/her responsibiliy to successfully coordinate scheduling and track all post production projects that may be going on at a time.

Responsibilities

  • Employee Successfully coordinates scheduling and tracks post-production projects
  • Effectively communicates with clients
  • Routes projects for review, approval, and final delivery 
  • Oversee completion, quality assurance, and delivery of images and assets
  • maintain image workflow records
  • Ensures and oversees Quality Control
  • Employee Successfully manages available resources
  • Sets internal project goals for turn around and retouching standards
  • conducts retouching status meetings

Qualifications

  • 3+ years skill set in Photoshop.
  • 2+ years of experience as an Image Coordinator is a plus
  • Experience in high-end fashion and product retouching for Web and final print reproduction.
  • Must have working knowledge of Color Correction based on RGB color space and conversion to CMYK to meet printing industry standards for reproduction.
  • Must have an understanding of Color Theory and color correction by the numbers.
  • Must be extremely organized and committed to producing quality work in a fast-paced but fun work environment.
  • Prepress Specialist is preferred and a Photography/Graphic Art Degree is desired.
  • Video Editing experience using Premiere is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to clearly communicate with individuals at different levels.
  • Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and follow-through.
